We need different things in different stages of life. As I get closer to 50, I have found working on stress reduction and mobility to be key in my practice and so this is what I am sharing with you. From yoga for mobility to meditation, yoga for peri/menopause to face yoga, I am always learning, playing and adapting my teachings and practices to better suit our needs.
Most of my classes run as a series, but I often open up space for drop ins if you can't fully commit or so you can check a class out. If there are no drop ins, contact me and we can figure something out.
