
To be able to truly relax is such a gift. When was the last time you felt rested, deeply rested?
With holidays coming and life in a busy phase, wouldn't it be lovely to unwind the tension you are holding physically, mentally and emotionally?
Wouldn't it be nice to feel like you can find a sense of peace in returning home to yourself as you try to hold it all together and maintain some semblance of control in the chaos?
We see things differently when we are rested, we have more patience, our ability to communicate and be efficient improves. Life can feel a bit more manageable with proper rest.

We will meet for 30-40 minutes every Tuesday night to do a nidra practice. I will open the Zoom room 5-10 minutes before so that you can settle in and we will begin promptly with practice. I will record each one for you to use for the week.
