This time of year can be both magical and full of stress, so I have created a 12 day video drop for you to implement different techniques into your life that will help you feel more at peace. This was originally for the holidays, but they are great practices for year round, so start today! They will be sent out each day, for 12 days and you will have access to these videos forever, so no stress if you miss a day;)

Sometimes peace comes from slowing down and finding a bit of stillness, other times it takes moving your body to feel better and then there are our habits that can influence how we are feeling, so I will also offer some suggestions each day regarding the choices we make.
