Start your days grounded, focused, connected and calm.
Doors open at 6:55am to set up and say hello and we begin our practice promptly at 7am MT.
Enjoy the power of what 15 minutes can do!
Start with 4 minutes of a pre-meditative breathing technique.
Benefits:
Calms nervous system, improves focus, brings mental clarity, regulates cortisol and blood pressure and turns your senses inward.
This is followed by a 2 minutes of visualization.
Benefits:
We are working with a kriya, which is a purification of the energy body. We mainly work with one that calls in a transformative energy and connection to truth and pure consciousness.
We then sit for 8 minutes in stillness.
Benefits:
Supports neuropasticity, cultivates equanimity, emotional resilience and intuition.
Close with a short grounding.
Benefits:
We take a moment to ground intentionally so the wisdom from our meditation can help us move through life as we get back into our body and ready for the day.
The PASSES can be used anytime class is offered throughout the month you purchased in, but can not transfers to the next month. Drop ins must be used within 2 weeks of the registration date and may take you into the next month.
A 7 week series
March 10 to April 28 (No Class April 7th)
7:15 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
There are times when life overwhelms our capacity to cope—grief, uncertainty, chronic stress, burnout, world events or deep transition. During these seasons, rest doesn’t always come easily, and the nervous system can feel stuck in survival mode.
Unwind is a 7-week Yoga Nidra series designed to support you through difficult times with gentleness, structure, and steadiness.
This is not about forced positivity or fixing. This is about creating the conditions for deep rest, emotional resilience, and inner stability—one layer at a time.
Each week focuses on a core step of the Yoga Nidra practice, gradually building your capacity to rest, feel, and respond to life with more clarity and ease.
Week 1 — The Nest & the Senses
We begin by creating safety and comfort. Through sensory awareness and intentional rest, the nervous system receives clear signals that it is safe to soften.
Week 2 — The Rotation of Consciousness
A guided body awareness practice will help release stored tension, quiet mental loops, and restore a sense of wholeness.
Week 3 — Breath Awareness
The breath becomes a gentle anchor, supporting emotional regulation, presence, and steadiness without effort or control.
Week 4 — Pairing of Opposites: Feelings & Emotions
Rather than avoiding difficult emotions, we learn to hold them safely—building tolerance, balance, and resilience.
Week 5 — Pairing of Opposites: Beliefs
We explore the mental narratives that often harden during challenging times, allowing space for flexibility, compassion, and perspective.
Week 6 — The Long Visualization
A deeply restorative guided journey that supports subconscious processing, integration, and renewal.
Week 7 — The Full Practice with Sankalpa
All elements come together, and you are guided to connect with a sankalpa—a steady inner intention to carry with you beyond the practice.
This series is ideal for anyone moving through a difficult season who wants support that is calm, compassionate, and deeply restorative.
As a courtesy, we record our live classes and aim to provide the recording within 7 days, with access available for 1 week.
This is not a challenge.
I will support you in coming back to your seat or in helping you get started. This is the beginning of a journey that may begin again and again.
Each day, for 9 days, I will send you an email with some tips and inspiration as well as a 10 min video to guide you through a practice.
Below are the mantras we use to close our meditations in a practice called artha vatva samyama. This is grounding with intention to bring the wisdom from our practice, into our life using mantra and mudra (hand gestures).
In our Morning Meds practice, I simply bring our awareness down the body as I speak them each once, but in longer meditation practices we chant them together as they are chanted below. Both versions can be downloaded.
