Do you have achy, cranky joints and muscles in your back, neck or hips?

In this grounded practice, you’ll be guided through slow, subtle movements that invite deep release. Specialized soft props and the principles of Critical Alignment Therapy (CAT) help awaken sensation, ease tension, enhance mobility and reduce pain.

We will use the breath to cultivate a felt sense of presence and relaxation to support an even deeper release.

No experience is necessary and all levels are welcome. All props are provided, just bring your mat!


Rosedale: These classes are in person only.You must register prior to class and be a member of the Rosedale Community Association to join, but it is just a one time fee of $5.
