Join our sweet sangha and start your days grounded, connected, focused and calm. Doors open at 6:55am to set up and say hello and we begin our practice promptly at 7am MT.

We start with 4 minutes of a breathing technique that helps turn our attention inward, slowing down the mind. This is followed by 2 minutes of a visualization that calls upon a transformative energy and connection to truth and pure consciousness. We then sit for 8 minutes in stillness before closing with a short grounding.

Be sure you come prepared to sit right away. There won't be any movement to prep, so if you need to move first, please do!
