
This series will explore mobility, strength, face yoga and relaxation. It's yoga, and then some;) We will layer the movements so that you can find the variation that suits you best, which means all levels are welcome and you choose how much you want to challenge yourself!
The first 40 mins we work on mobility with a different focus each week.
Face yoga is 10-15 mins to release tension, strengthen, increase circulation, help with fine lines and wrinkles, firm and tone.
The final 20 mins are for relaxation where you'll see different blends of all your favourite practices we've shared... meditation, nidra, restorative yoga, breathing techniques and more.
