If you are curious about learning Hormone Yoga and would like to chat before you register, you can book a 15 min complimentary call with me.
I highly suggest checking out the FAQ's of HY before we meet as it may spark some questions and there is a short list of contraindications which is very important to note.
I will call you at your scheduled time.
Be well,
Bridgette
Come melt away your tension, it's time to let go...
We will open with 2-3 restorative postures, held for 10-25 minutes each, in order to relax and release the tension held in our body. We will then close with a 20-30 minute yoga nidra to further release tension physically, mentally and emotionally.
Nidra is a guided meditation done lying down and you will have the option to do it in savasana or another restorative posture.

It's time for another pop up nidra practice!
All you need are pillows, blankets and a desire for deep relaxation. I think a quiet room would also be nice and perhaps some soft lights and a tea. This will be the perfect way to wind down for the night. Pajamas and robes are welcome:)
For the first 45 minutes we will do restorative postures then close with a half hour of Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation done lying down.
There are tiered options listed or you can enter an amount that suits you!

If you'd like a little reset to refine your focus and direct your energy into where you most desire it to be, join me for a condensed version of our New Year's Day Sankalpa Practice.
A Sankalpa is the heart felt intention we plant in order to stay connected to our deepest desires, our truth, our purpose. It isn't about the goal we are trying to accomplish, but the compass that helps us stay our course. It keeps us true to who we really are. This means that the end result could look different than how we imagined it, if we truly follow that inner compass.
We will meet online from 7-8:30pm MST on Sunday Sept. 14th.
I'll start with a chat about Sankalpa and how you can work with it. We will then we will do a practice that combines elements of nidra and meditation in a way that will help guide you inward to find the seed you would like to plant.
The replay will be available for 1 week to all who register.
This workshop is $20, however, I am leaving an option for you to pay what you can, if you can. I don't want cost to get in the way of anyone coming who wants to be there. I am fine if you register with no payment:)
This will be a day of gentle and restorative yoga, meditation and nidra, great food and company, time in nature, connection and deep rest.
Join us and give yourself a day to get quiet, unwind, hit pause and fill your cup. Fall is a great time to shed what no longer serves. When we get still, we can see more clearly where we want to put our energy and where we can let go.
Lunch will be provided.
Spots are limited to 12 people
