Restorative Yoga with Hot Stones

Let your tension dissolve as you hold fully supported restorative postures while receiving hot stone adjustments. We will hold each posture for up to 20 mins so that each person has a few minutes of gentle and nurturing *hands on followed by some time with the stones on different points of the body.
There will be unlimited props at your disposal, you don't even need a mat, just bring your water bottle and I will have everything else.

Each person will have their own sanitized stones for the session. This is a semi private class that I will cap at 4 participants.
