Hormone Yoga, HY, is an effective and efficient practice to get you on track. It is a dynamic 30 min set sequence of yoga postures and breathing techniques that are adapted to stimulate the ovaries, thyroid, pituitary and adrenal glands through physical and subtle body practices.
Most women start noticing a difference within the first weeks of practice and continue to feel better with consistent practice. Changes often continues to unfold over the first 6 months. It is suitable for most women and requires no previous yoga experience.
HY is suitable for most women over 35, though it can help women of any age dealing with symptoms.
