Are you struggling with symptoms from hormonal imbalance?


There are many ways to reduce or eliminate many of them through lifestyle changes. We need something different in this stage to feel like ourselves again and I have a specialized form of yoga to help support that journey.

Hormone Yoga, HY, is an effective and efficient practice to get you on track. It is a dynamic 30 min set sequence of yoga postures and breathing techniques that are adapted to stimulate the ovaries, thyroid, pituitary and adrenal glands through physical and subtle body practices.

Most women start noticing a difference within the first weeks of practice and continue to feel better with consistent practice. Changes often continues to unfold over the first 6 months. It is suitable for most women and requires no previous yoga experience.

HY is suitable for most women over 35, though it can help women of any age dealing with symptoms.

Hormone Yoga Workshop

This workshop takes about 5 hours, but I give us a grace period after, if needed, for questions and review.


Because you will have just taken in a lot of information, you will get a 1 month pass in my HY Membership at no cost.

The membership has guided recordings of the sequence at varying paces and cues, stress reducing videos and recordings of my Aging with Grace Classes, which include yoga for mobility and face yoga.

Below are the contraindications, feel free to reach out with any questions.

CONTRAINDICATIONS For HY

Contraindications: You can not practice with these.
  • If you have ever had a hormone dependant breast cancer (and other hormone dependent cancers)
  • If you have glaucoma or a detached retina
  • If you've had appendicitis without the appendix being removed
  • Advanced Endometriosis- if advanced, you cannot practice.
    Medical permission needed if it isn’t advanced. Contact me before you register to determine if HY is right for you.
  • Fibroids/Myomas over 3cm tend to grow bigger, so you cannot practice HY with them.
    However, small fibroids, under 3cm tend to get smaller, so you will need to keep an eye on them and may need to modify the practice.
  • Serious Osteoporosis, contact me before you register to determine if HY is right for you.
  • You cannot practice while you are pregnant.
    You can practice with doctor's permission to proceed with regular exercise and core work.
  • Diastasis Recti- You can't practice with it, but once it is healed you can.
  • Recent Eye Surgery (concern is increased ocular pressure, we invert and we retain breath), so you must be fully healed and have permission to invert and retain breath.

Conditions that require modifications or possibly doctor's permission: Be sure to let me know if you have any of the following so that we can determine if this practice is appropriate for you.
  • Heart Conditions
  • Hypertension
  • Undiagnosed Abdominal Pain
  • Severe Psychiatric Problems
  • Labyrinthitis or Vertigo (depending on severity, HY may be ok)
  • After any surgery, medical permission is needed.
