It's time for another pop up nidra practice!
All you need are pillows, blankets and a desire for deep relaxation. I think a quiet room would also be nice and perhaps some soft lights and a tea. This will be the perfect way to wind down for the night. Pajamas and robes are welcome:)
For the first 45 minutes we will do restorative postures then close with a half hour of Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation done lying down.
