We will open with 2-3 restorative postures, held for 10-25 minutes each in order to relax and release the tension held in our body, then close with a 20-30 minute yoga nidra to further release tension physically, mentally and emotionally. Nidra is a guided meditation done lying down and you will have the option to do it in savasana or another restorative posture.

Investment: $140 +GST
With holiday season upon us, you can choose to pay up front or do a spit payment.
First payment would be $80 and 4 weeks later a payment for the remaining $60 is settled.
